Thank you to all of the school counselors who have worked so hard to help students on their journey to success. I am so grateful to be in a school with a wonderful counseling center! It is inspiring to see our school superheroes make a difference in the lives of students every day. Make sure to celebrate the rest of the week by thanking a counselor for all the hard work they do!

I would also like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Saiki for her dedication to tirelessly helping students and supporting them throughout their high school years. She has helped me through many obstacles and new opportunities that I would not have been able to accomplish without her help. Her drive and ambition to support students in succeeding have made a difference in my life and many others.

The school spirit and hard work of counselors can motivate us to continue on our paths to prosperity. The gratitude we feel because of our counselors can always be used to help someone else in need. Let this week of appreciation be a reminder that you have the power to make positive changes in your life and the lives of others around you.

Take this opportunity to grow an attitude of gratitude! Showing appreciation for the good things in your life is scientifically proven to improve your social skills, career goals, and physical and emotional wellbeing. Think about what your counselor has helped with you recently. Try to remember important life lessons you learned. Developing gratitude for the people and experiences in your life will support you in becoming a better version of yourself.

Our high school counselors truly make a difference in the world. Every day, they dedicate their time to impacting high school students with their passion to help. Once again, thank you, CVH counselors. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
