Today is the last day of the week 3 challenge focusing on mental health. This week we provided you with resources that we hope you find helpful. We have also attached some flyers with more ideas for checking in on your own well-being. We attached one flyer that is geared toward younger kids which reminds us that it is always a good idea to check in with your younger siblings. Hopefully you can use some of these strategies for yourself and your family! Next week our challenge focuses on college! Stay tuned!

Adjuntamos un volante dirigido a niños más pequeños que nos recuerda que siempre es una buena idea consultar con sus hermanos menores. ¡Esperamos que pueda utilizar algunas de estas estrategias para usted y su familia! ¡La próxima semana nuestro desafío se enfoca en la universidad! ¡Manténganse al tanto!
